Once on the login page, users simply enter their Employee Identification Number (NIP) as the username along with their registered password.

For employees facing login issues or forgotten passwords, the portal features an integrated “Reset Password” option. Meanwhile, civil servants requiring a change of email address are advised to coordinate directly with their respective unit administrators—such as the Head of General & Personnel Sub-division (Kasubbag Umum & Kepegawaian), Puskesmas Administration Personnel, or Education Unit Coordinators—to submit a formal email update request through the SIASN system.
The MyASN system, developed by the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), represents a significant milestone in Indonesia’s broader digital transformation across public service sectors.
